Sales by the company PANINI FRANCE SA are subject to the following general conditions to which the seller declares to subscribe without any restrictions or any reserves as soon as a completed order form, accompanied by payment, is sent to Footcenter.


In particular, these general sales conditions define the terms and conditions for ordering, payment, delivery and management of any returns of products ordered by the purchaser.


The purchaser may consult these general sales conditions, simply and freely, at any time by clicking on the ' general sales conditions ' link visible on all the server's pages. Thus, any product order sent by a purchaser to Footcenter will imply the definitive and irrevocable agreement by the customer to all the general sales conditions presented in what follows.


Through our intermediary, you may receive commercial offers from other partner companies or subsidiaries. If you do not wish to receive these offers please follow the instructions below.


In accordance with the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Act, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you (art. 34 of the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Act). 2. Ordering methods

The purchaser may place an order with Footcenter, either:


- By bank card directly on the web site by completing the order form and paying with his or her bank card via a secure transaction link.


Orders made using one of the four methods presented above irrevocably commit the purchaser.


Any order sent to Footcenter will be confirmed to the purchaser by an order confirmation message sent by e-mail as soon as possible, if the address was noted correctly when the contact details were entered.


Footcenter advices customers who order directly via the Web to save or print a copy of the order form until they have received the confirmation e-mail sent by Footcenter.


Footcenter reserves the right to request proof of home address from any new customers before confirming their order (electricity bill, telephone bill, rent receipt).


3. Production information

On its website, PANINI FRANCE SA presents products for sales with the characteristics required to comply with article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code, which allows potential purchasers to know the vital features of the products they wish to purchase prior to placing their final order.


Footcenter describes the articles for sale as precisely as possible. However, Footcenter may not be held responsible, should an error occur in a product description.


The offers presented by Footcenter are only valid within the limits of available stock, as mentioned on the server.


The choice and purchase of a product are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The inability to use the product purchased for whatever reason, is not the responsibility of Footcenter, without prejudice to the terms of article 8.


4. Price

By default, product sales prices are given in euros including taxes (euros incl. VAT).


Product prices may change at any time depending on the price policies of manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and Footcenter. The sales price used for purchasing a product is the same as that seen online:


- when registering the order via Internet for online payment or payment on delivery.


- when the fax is received by Footcenter for a fax order


By product sales price, we mean the price excluding delivery costs.


Delivery costs are paid for by the purchaser and are invoiced in addition to the product sales price. Delivery costs vary depending on the geographic delivery zone.


The purchaser will always be informed of the delivery costs for the order before final confirmation of the order and payment will be requested for the total amount of the purchase, including the cost of the products ordered and delivery costs. Thus, confirmation of payment for the order by the purchaser implies that he or she agrees to pay the relevant delivery costs. Therefore, delivery costs are not a valid reason for disputing the order once final confirmation has been sent.


5. Methods of payment

Footcenter reserves the right to suspend the management of any order or delivery in the event of the refusal of bank card payment authorisation by the officially certified bodies, or in the event of non payment.


6. Total satisfaction guarantee

Exchange or refund: if an article is not suitable, return it within 10 days and it will be exchanged or refunded.

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR FLOCKED SHIRTS


BY VIRTUE OF ARTICLE L 121 20 2 OF THE CONSUMER CODE, shirts which have been personalised with a name and or a number, or any other feature will not be returned or exchanged.


7. For your exchanges or returns

Customers bare the cost of returning goods if they change their minds


Download the return/exchange form : page 1 pdf_page1 et page 2 pdf_page2. PDF files to print and attach to the parcel.


Return the articles in their original packaging as soon as possible and, by the very latest, 10 days after receiving them.


Send the parcel by recorded premium parcel post.


You must attach the delivery receipt corresponding to the returned articles.


Check that your address on the delivery receipt is correct.


If you are requesting a refund on the returned article, please ensure that the total value of the articles retained does not mean that you may no longer keep any gifts to which you were entitled.


ATTENTION


NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR FLOCKED SHIRTS
For any article returned because it is 'faulty', please provide details of the defect on a separate letter.


Video or audio cassettes will be replaced only once our technical services have confirmed the defect; a refund request will be accepted only if the protective packaging is still intact.
