Products are also sorted by clubs or by category (type of product), accessible from the tabs at the top of the page or from the left hand menu.
Are all your articles on the Internet site ?
Yes, all our articles in stock are on the site.
What delivery methods are available and how much do they cost ?
For metropolitan France, you may use premium parcel post (a service offered by La Poste, the French post office) which, for €7, delivers parcels within 72 hours.
For EEC countries, Switzerland and Norway, there is a premium registered parcel post which costs €14 for an average delivery time of 10 days.
For DOM, there is a premium registered parcel post which costs €22 for an average delivery time of 10 days.
For all other countries and TOM, there is a premium registered parcel post which costs €25 for an average delivery time of 10 days.
What payment methods are accepted ?
Footcenter.fr offers you several payment methods, all of which are equally secure:

I have a promotional code, how do I use it? ?
During step 3 in your shopping cart, you have the opportunity to enter your promotional code and, thus, to benefit from your advantages.
May I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Download the return/exchange form : page 1 et page 2 . PDF files to print and attach to the parcel. Return articles in their original packaging as soon as possible and, at the very latest, 10 days after receiving them. Send the parcel by recorded premium parcel post. You must include the delivery receipt corresponding to the articles being returned. Check that your address in the delivery receipt is correct. If you are requesting a refund of the returned article, please ensure that the total value of the articles retained does not mean that you may no longer keep any gifts to which you were entitled.

Footcenter offers you the opportunity to have your shirt flocked with the name and number of your choice.
We offer standard flocking for all shirts in black or white. This is not official flocking, but it is of very similar quality to that of professional players.
It is possible to flock football shirts, Vintage shirts, mini kits (max. 8 letters) and some other articles. Attention, most training shirts cannot be flocked !
Taking advantage of quality flocking, realised by professionals, will only cost an additional € 15.00 (name and number). (Price excluding special offers)
Flocking is limited to 10 letters and 2 numbers for adults and 8 letters for children's shirts and mini kits.
It is not possible to return flocked shirts, therefore, be very careful in choosing the size and do not make any mistakes when completing the order form. You may check the spelling of a player's name and his official number by consulting the official football club sites or by contacting us.
